For general inquiries about our arbitration services, rules, or procedures, please contact the Secretariat of the Institute.
To commence arbitration proceedings, parties should submit a Request for Arbitration to the Secretariat in accordance with Article 4 of the Rules of Arbitration 2026.
The Request for Arbitration must include all information required by the Rules, including the names and contact details of the parties, a description of the dispute, and the relief sought.
For applications for emergency measures, please refer to Appendix V of the Rules and submit your Application for Emergency Measures to the Secretariat.
